  • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping across all major cities and regions in Pakistan.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Once processed, delivery within Karachi takes 2-3 business days. For other cities in Pakistan, delivery may take 3-5 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of PKR 200 applies to all orders under PKR 5,000.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over PKR 5,000 qualify for free shipping within Pakistan.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our courier partner’s website.

5. Shipping Delays

  • Unexpected Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be unexpected delays due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed if any delays occur.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. ToylandPK is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at toylandinfopk@gmail.com or call 03158504290. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.

7. Pickup Option

  • In-Store Pickup: If you prefer, you can pick up your order from our store located at Shop 48/91, 7th Floor, Central Plaza, Karachi. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time.
