ToylandPK Exchange and Return Policy

At ToylandPK, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our exchange and return policy is designed to make the process easy and hassle-free.

1. Eligibility for Exchange and Return

  • Time Frame: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

  • Sale Items: Discounted items or items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Customized Products: Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Exchange Process

  • Initiating an Exchange: To exchange an item, contact us at toylandinfopk@gmail.com or call 03158504290. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  • Exchange Options: You may exchange the item for a different size, color, or product of equal value. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference will need to be paid. If it's of lower value, the difference will be refunded.
  • Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To return an item, contact us at toylandinfopk@gmail.com or call 03158504290. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
  • Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at toylandinfopk@gmail.com or 03158504290. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs.

6. In-Store Exchanges and Returns

  • In-Store Option: You may also exchange or return items in person at our store located at Shop 48/91, 7th Floor, Central Plaza, Karachi. Please bring the item along with proof of purchase.
